About us
We learn medicine in the lecture hall and beyond it.
Martinský klub medikov (MKM) brings together five teams – SCORA, SCOPH, SCORP, SCOME and SCORE / SCOPE. Each has its own focus: from sex education and prevention through human rights and hands-on seminars to research exchanges abroad.
We visit kindergartens, schools, shopping centres and care homes, organise seminars and events for fellow students, and look after international students at our faculty.
Martinský klub medikov (MKM) is a non-profit association of medical students at the Jessenius Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University in Martin. We are a local committee of the Slovak Medical Students’ Association (SloMSA), a member of IFMSA – the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations. In five committees – SCORA, SCOPH, SCORP, SCOME and SCORE/SCOPE – we run school talks, prevention and awareness events, hands-on seminars and exchanges abroad.
